OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Hazard Awareness

This course is available for general industry workers.  Workers are provided with general awareness about recognizing and preventing hazards commonly found in the workplace. OSHA recommends this training as an orientation to occupational safety and health. This training is available for construction and general industry. This course is intended for entry level workers. The 10-hour Hazard Awareness Course provides basic awareness training on the recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention of workplace hazards. Workers can receive additional training on hazards specific to their job. Ten (10) hours of mandatory and optional topics will be covered.

How You Will Benefit

  • Earn a US Department of Labor 10-hour card through the National Safety Education Center
  • Earn 1.0 CEUs
